Services
Wishbar Studio provides branding, web design and development, graphic design, UX/UI design, SEO, and ongoing support services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or agreement provided before work begins.
Project Proposals and Agreements
All projects require a signed proposal or agreement before work begins. Each proposal will include:
- Scope of work and deliverables
- Project timeline and milestones
- Pricing and payment schedule
- Number of revision rounds included
Any work outside the agreed scope will be considered additional and may require a separate quote.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed:
- A deposit is required before work begins
- Remaining payments are due according to the milestones outlined in the proposal
- Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt
- Late payments may result in work being paused until the balance is resolved
Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal. Revisions refer to adjustments within the existing scope. Requests that change the direction, add new pages or features, or expand the original scope may be quoted separately.
Intellectual Property
Client Materials
You retain ownership of all content, images, logos, and materials you provide to us for use in the project. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any materials you supply.
Final Deliverables
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you, except for any pre-existing intellectual property, third-party assets (such as stock photos or licensed fonts), and open-source software used in the project.
Portfolio Rights
We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, on our website, and in marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-Party Tools and Services
Projects may involve third-party tools, platforms, or services (such as hosting providers, domain registrars, WordPress, Shopify, or font licenses). You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts and paying any associated fees for these services. We are not liable for changes, outages, or issues caused by third-party providers.
Client Responsibilities
To keep projects on track, we ask that you:
- Provide content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner
- Designate a single point of contact for decisions and approvals
- Review deliverables thoroughly before giving approval
Delays in providing feedback or materials may affect the project timeline.
Project Cancellation
If you need to cancel a project after work has begun, any deposit paid is non-refundable. You will be billed for any additional work completed beyond the deposit amount. Upon cancellation, no further deliverables will be provided unless payment for completed work is settled.
Warranties and Liability
We take pride in delivering quality work and will make every effort to meet the standards outlined in your project proposal. However:
- We do not guarantee specific business results (such as increased sales, traffic, or rankings) from our work
- Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project in question
- We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, hosting environments, or client modifications to delivered work
Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your business information. Any sensitive materials, strategies, or data shared with us during a project will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Wishbar Studio harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from content you provide, your use of the deliverables, or your breach of these terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
